Badruddin Abduilah Abdulrahim (Founder).
Definition:
Global Preventive Justice is a legal digital platform aligned with the fast pace of modern digital life. It aims to defend oppressors to correct himself by raising legal awareness, to prevent injustice before it occurs, rather than repairing its damages afterward. It operates through a mutual insurance framework that engages the community in supporting the judiciary and disseminating legal literacy, preserving social harmony and preventing legal disputes.
- Self-centeredness.
- Envy.
- Absence of self-accountability.
- Weak moral conscience.
- Weak in integrity.
- Absence of truthfulness.
The situation is exacerbated by the fact that the vast majority of people are unaware of the law, due to the absence of effective mechanism of legal dissemination and transform it into social culture which supports the Rule of Law.
These internal traits can lead individuals to commit acts of injustice against others, intentionally or unintentionally, resulting in the violation of rights without awareness of the consequences.
No legal system on earth protects individuals from these deep-rooted causes of injustice. In fact, most legal systems today address only the outcomes of injustice, while remaining silent on its root causes. This opens the door wide for the rise of preventive Justice, which tackles the causes of injustices before its consequences emerge. It lays the foundation for a society rooted in compassion, mutual respect, free from litigation, and claims.
Furthermore, the application of Preventive Justice enhances productivity, support economic development, and fostering Rule of Law.
Methodology:
The initiative is founded on a practical methodology rooted in values of defending oppressors, mercy, solidarity, and reconciliation values, that manifest in its positive real-world outcomes. It aims to demonstrate the efficacy of preventive justice through tangible results, while keeping the opportunity to discuss its philosophical and ethical foundations at a later stage.
This document reflects the founding vision of the Global Preventive Justice initiative. It remains open for development in partnership with stakeholders committed to proactive global justice.
